What to Do When Life Gets You Down
1 | Spend Time with Friends and Family
Being around people you care about will help lift your spirits and make you feel better. You may find that spending time with friends or family is enough to take your mind off whatever’s bothering you.

3 | Get Active

4 | Get Some Rest
