Well, at it’s simplest, life balance means keeping the various areas of your life in sync, in balance. For many of us that means our work life, our personal life, our social life, our family life, our quiet time, our most intimate time, our spiritual life…all of these areas work together and nothing takes up the majority of our day on an ongoing basis.
Life balance can also mean how we approach our lives, how we solve problems, how we work through difficult times, how we maintain a positive attitude, and how we move forward.
