That way, your body, and mind will be primed for sleep, and it’ll be easier for you to wake up the next morning and get out of bed feeling refreshed and ready to take on what life is going to throw at you.
Go To Bed At The Same Time Every Night

Making a to-do list is one of my favorite productivity hacks because it helps me stay organized and motivated throughout the day. If I have things written down on paper, then I know what needs to be done, and stay on point as to the deadline.
And it feels good to cross something off of my list once it’s completed!

I also find that it’s a good idea to make a list of tasks for the day, week, and month so you can organize your time more effectively. You may not be able to finish everything in one day or even one week but having these lists helps keep me organized and motivated throughout the month.
Eat A Healthy Breakfast Every Morning
The last tip for waking up motivated every day is eating a healthy breakfast every morning before starting your day. I know this might sound like obvious advice. Still, it’s important to fuel your body with the proper nutrients to boost your energy, your mental clarity, and keep yourself feeling motivated.
If you start your day with a healthy breakfast, you’ll be less likely to snack on unhealthy foods later in the day. And if you’re not a morning person, eating breakfast can help give you the energy you need to get through the day.
There are many different healthy breakfast options that you can choose from. You can have oatmeal with fruit and milk, a smoothie made from yogurt or nut butter mixed with fruits like strawberries, bananas, and blueberries, eggs scrambled in olive oil (you can even add some chopped ham or bacon), cereal mixed with low-fat milk and dried fruit.
The most important thing is that you eat something healthy for breakfast, so you have a great start to your day, with more energy and focus.
